Located in one of Idaho’s most pristine areas surrounded by natural forests, golf courses and the beauty of Lake Coeur d’Alene, this new-build represents a fusion of both luxury and comfort that Gozzer Ranch provides its residents.

We worked closely with our clients and their builder, Tekton NW, to incorporate fixtures and finishes that provided a light, clean interior. The home will be enjoyed with friends and family so we sourced furniture and accessories that provided a space the client could enjoy after a fun day of activities or an at home cookout.

The house features beautiful sliding doors in the great room that really invites an indoor/outdoor feel so the space from the kitchen moves seamlessly to the outdoor dining and entertaining area.

We used beautiful wallpapers in the bathrooms and softer colors throughout the window coverings and accessories for a bright, sophisticated feel.
